STAGING From selling faster to getting a higher price, staging matters. So, we jump right in offering full staging, from filling up an empty house, to just adding a few items. No third parties and no monthly fees. We stage it and sell it. Photography Photography and staging are akin to a power couple in Hollywood. They both matter but together, magic happens. Our in-house photographer spends a full day shooting, then 2-3 days processing stunning images of your home. He even heads back out for a twilight glamour shot. Sounds a little over the top until you consider photography is your home’s first online date. And, if your home doesn’t sparkle, it may never get a second date. Marketing Marketing schmarketing, it simply is not all created equal. Putting a home on the MLS doesn’t count. Okay, okay, technically that is marketing, but it’s the bare-bones minimum if that’s all thats done. The pixie dust of effective marketing is a mixture of social media (homes love selfies) like Instagram and Facebook, a blog full of luscious details, email blasts that beg to be opened (our open rates are twice the industry average, and five times the click rate) an open house promoted with copious postcards (like, 5,000 ofthem,really),emailandFacebookads,agorgeousmagazinesent to over 17,000 homes (yep, this one you are reading), and a website that ranks really well on Google. We should probably confess that we are a marketing company with a real estate addiction. We often help other non-real estate companies who seek us out for marketing advice.
